Just a Few Reviews For You

Hey Beauties back with some more review on a few things so lets jump right in.

CoverGirl Ready Set Gorgeous Liquid Foundation and Powered Foundation : I have worn it for a while now and I feel like I could give a good review. For me it gives enough coverage I can wear it during work and it last about 8hrs on me if I'm not busy at work. If it is a busy day and I’m running around the store and sweating then it does start to break apart around my nose. I do have combo/oily skin and I can say it I don’t get shiny in my t zone at all so that a big plus for me. I did finally use the powered to go with it I use this on days were we have truck because I do help unload truck sometimes and it does get hot and the powered does help to keep it in place and give extra coverage. The color for me is spot on they didn’t change one me at all. It doesn’t feel heavy and I think you get a decent amount of coverage for a everyday foundation just for work or may running errands this is good id recommend this. I feel like if someone want a super full coverage this is not it it is a little build-able but not much so for those wanting a super full coverage this is not it and If your going out on a date or out for the night id also go with something else because I do feel like this wouldn’t last all day and night and you would have to touch up a few times. It is a everyday foundation for quick errand or at work but not a all day foundation or a night out foundation. That could be just for me though since I do get oily a good bit during the summer . I do urge everyone to try it because it may be different for than it is for me I do recommend it because over all I feel it is a great foundation for $6.

Covergirl Bomb Shell Mascara: Love this it gives me nice full lashes and not spidery in the least. It coats them well. I use black and don’t use waterproof and I don’t have a problem with it wearing off it stays in place I high recommend this to anyone who wants full volumized non spidery lashes once again I love it

Nyx Butter Gloss in Peaches and Cream: Wish I would have bought one if these sooner love it. I do a pink lemonade eyeshadow look so I don’t want nothing to bold, or over powering my eyeshadow. This color is the perfect touch to go with it its just the right amount of color not to over power my eyeshadow. Even on its on if its a day I not wearing makeup just put some of this one and its so pretty

E.L.F Smudge Pot in Aint That Sweet : I did already review this but I'm kinda bummed its drying out and I haven’t had it that long. I did use it quite a bit for a wash of something on the lid for when I did want a certain eyeshadow look just pop this in the eye lid and good to go. Now it looks like little tiny balls and it sucks loved it for $2 I more than likely buy more and find away for it not to dry out so fast. I do recommend it but find away for it not to dry out so fast

and the last thing is truly crap

Family Dollar Cold Cream: This I bought because it was a makeup remover and was on clearance for 0.60 I though cool getting a deal always need makeup remover I bought the last 3 they had and o do I hate it. I does remove makeup really well but leaves my face so greasy and smelling weird. There is no way in hell that this can be compared to Ponds. I have never used Ponds Cold Cream before so I don’t know but I don’t think its anything like Family Dollar Cold Cream maybe that’s why it was on clearance because everybody knew it sucked but me ha .

That is all for now no new makeup for a month will be doing a big birthday haul and review with the new makeup, but I will be doing reviews on stuff I currently have so keep checking back for those reviews and remember always let your beauty shine through.

Drug Store Haul

Hey beauties new drug store haul with some mini reviews on some of the products. Lot of the products are lip products I didn’t have a lot so I just jumped in an stepped out of my comfort zone. I usually stick to nudes and some darker browns. It is summer so I decided I needed some color on my lips so I went for pinks and I love that I stepped out of my comfort zone. I also got a new foundation because I do love my Revlon Colorstay but I put it on yesterday and I looked like a ghost. Apparently I have gotten a little bit of sun which for me is not something that’s happens a lot. I’m on the fair side and I usually don’t have to change shades when the seasons change and I really cant keep a tan or even get one . I also wanted to change anyway I was bit tired of being so matte with my Revlon Colorstay. Now time for what I did get. Pictures and swatches will be below.

Milani Lip Intense Liquid Color in Fiery Coral: I have wore this a few time when I first got it I was like wow its so bright and a little bit out of my comfort zone but I got used to it and I love it I do blot but it is still as bright and still beautiful. I love how it goes on smooth and is not sticky at all I will be buying more of these.

Nyx Butter Gloss in Peaches and Cream: This is my 
first butter gloss and I didn’t know how amazing these were. It smells amazing and is so smooth and not sticky at all I love this I will be getting some more.

Maybelline Baby Lips in Pink Shock: I didn’t know how good these were I bought this on a whim it was by the register so the package caught my eye so I grabbed it. Glad I did it awesome I take it to work with me everyday

 Almay Lip Gloss in Pink Pout and Blooming Balm:These are alright there not to sticky and they don’t have a smell I bought these because of the color but it is very sheer I wear these when In just out and about just hanging out or shopping sometimes

Covergirl Bombshell Volume Mascara: Love this I bought this on a whim also because I really didn’t need anymore mascara I have a bunch I need to try but I had a coupon so I was like why not. I love it for me its amazing I love my Rocket Mascara but this for me is better. My eyelashes have never looked better and I don’t wear false lashes. This makes my lashes like bam and I love it is really black and it definitely give my lashes volume and I love with definitely keep purchasing it.

Covergirl Flamed Out Shadow Pencil in Hot Pink Flame: I have tried this on my eyelid yet but I have swatches it on my hand it is very creamy and it is a beautiful color I thinking of a look to do with it I think I will have to find a similar color to set it with because it is so creamy it does blend out well but I was able to rub it off so in my personal opinion it will need set with a similar color.

Covergirl Ready Set Gorgeous Foundation in 110: I tried this out for the first time today because it was a day off and the last covergirl foundation I tired was the 3 in 1 and it turned on me so I wanted to try this out at home to see if it would turn don’t wan to be out in public looking orange. Good news it didn’t turn on me so I like I need to wear it more to find out if I’m in love with it. I just wore it alone with my new primer because I wanted to see what it would do. I didn’t set it or anything which I don’t think I will need to except for it around my t zone because it did start to break up I have combo skin like really combo skin dry patches oily area normal areas . For now I like it the shade was good didn’t turn I used 2 layers and it gave me good coverage or coverage that I liked. I did buy the powder but like I said I didn’t use it ye

Covergirl Ready Set Gorgeous Powder in 105-110: I did buy this but haven’t used it yet the foundation it self is on the matte side so I think I will use it next time to set my t zone and that’s it

Rimmel Fix & Perfect Primer: I bought this I and I don’t know if it does what it claims. I tried it with my foundation and took a picture next time ill try my foundation without it and see if there is a difference. I did read in other reviews that this primer can make your foundation seem darker or orange if you apply to much so I didn’t use much because I was afraid of that. My advice for yall today is to step out of you comfort zone a little you never know what can happen and as always let your beauty shine through.

E.L.F Haul Review

Hey beauties I have used the products from my E.L.F haul and I and and can give y'all my honest opinion on them so lets jump right in with it. I will include the prices and which line with everything also. All pictures and swatches will be below

1. $1-Tone Correcting Concealer: I got this in Ivory and i wanted to try it and no didn't work for me its hard to tell the correct shade from the website. I got ivory and it was to lite for me and under a flash photo it showed up white. I decided to use it anyway but it was to light and very sheer and wasn't very buildble also made my eyes water, so its a pass for me i wont order the shade darker only because i think its just a sheer formula and i don't think that will change in getting a different shade. Not for me or my under eyes

2. $1-Luscious Liquid Lipstick: I got this in strawberry its ok to me its more of a gloss not a lipstick not very much color payoff but its not sticky at all. I used it with a lip stain so it worked out ok for me over all id buy more for $1 its ok so i do recommend this just not as a lipstick but a gloss. No pic of this i used it all up with the help of my niece

3. $2-Smudge Pot: This was one of their newer products i only got one even though their are more beautiful colors but i wanted to try one to see if i liked it before i bought more. I got it in the color Ain't That Sweet beautiful color this color is a very light pinkish white. I love the texture its not like most cream eyeshadow its a moose texture. You may need a brush to use it because the size of the opening. For me its a tad light on my skin tone but if I'm in a hurry and instead of doing a full blow eyeshadow look i can do this for just a hint of color on my lid with a lil shimmer in it . Help me look more awake so i love it i will get more colors in the future. I do recommend these.

4.$3-Studio HD Undereye Setting Powder: I actually didn't have anything like this so i decided to try it and so glad i did it is sheer. It work very well i usually just use my regular setting powder but now i use this it work much better. It didn't make my under eye concealer crease kept it in place and I didn't need to touch up or anything so i defiantly recommend this.

5.$3-Studio Cream Eyeliner: I got it in black and it is black and it stays in place i do move around alot at work and i do sweat and this stays put. It has no claims to be waterproof but in my opinion it is. This is only my second cream eyeliner and i love it and you cant beat $3 so yup i also defiantly recommend this .

6.$3- Studio Maximum Coverage Concealer: I saw mixed reviews on this product so i just went ahead and tried it for me it works i use it for acne scares or random breakouts because i do get them and it work it covers them well even once blended out and it covers the redness around my nose very well. I got the shade Sand and its pretty spot on for me. It is thick but doesn't feel heavy to me at all. I like the packaging its in a squeeze tub and you get a lot and a lil goes a long way so it will last me a wile. I would recommend this.

7.$3-Studio Makeup Mist & Set: This is my first setting spray and no i did not feel it made my makeup last any longer than usual so i don't know if i would repurchase i feel like its a good refresher because it does have aloe, green tea, cucumber, and vitamins a,c,and e. Other than that I'm on the fence about it i don't necessarily not recommends it because its not bad its just for me didn't set my makeup so if you want a refresher yes id recommend it but i wouldn't recommend it as a setting spray.

E.L.F HAUL

Hey beauties I have another haul from elf (eyeslipsface.com) I was a bit inspired to do an elf order by watching Shaaanxo on YouTube.  She did a huge elf haul and I didn’t know elf had some new products and I wanted to try them.  I did the promotion were you order $20 and you get a mystery bag worth $20.I will be showing what I bought but not the mystery bag because for some reason I didn’t get everything that was supposed to come, but I emailed elf right away and they are sending another one so I do want to say they have amazing customer service I emailed them and not even 10 minutes later they answered so I loved that. When I get the mystery bag I will show that. The shipping was quick I ordered on May 2^nd it shipped on May 5^th and I received it on May 8^th it was quick. New Haul

 Hey beauties sorry it has been so long but yall know it takes a while for me to get a haul together for yall and the reviews. I did get a few things for Black Friday and Cyber Monday Christmas and the most recent is from tax time, but most of it was gifts for other people so most of it is gone. What I did get and have got recently I will be happy to show you and give reviews so here it is the long awaited and recent haul. First the biggest thing I got Cyber Monday was my phone I got the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and it is everything I ever needed in a phone. I needed a new one and it was time for an upgrade from my Samsung Galaxy S2. I was a bit apprehensive because the Note 3 was so much bigger than my S2 but I got used to it and glad I got it. Amazing pictures great 4glte speed and the resolution is amazing I know that they are coming out with new phones now but more than likely I will stick with my Note 3 I just love it. Next my mom got me a few things from Coastal Scents I got the REVEALED PALETTE I like it it’s the perfect set of nude eye shadows. I didn’t have any at all I just have a big colorful palette from BHCOSMETICS which I love but I had a few single nude eye shadows but not many so this was an amazing gift from my mom pics will be below. She also got me the Coastal Scents 10 blush palette and, the Coastal Scents Eclipse palette both are awesome both thing have been well used I was super excited to get them she even uses them both the blush shades are very pigmented and smooth and very easy to work with in my opinion. The Eclipse Concealer palette is very good for me I always have trouble finding my foundation shade and can never decide on a concealer but the Eclipse palette was a very awesome gift it’s so versatile and I can mix whatever I need to for my skin I will say it is creamy but not as creamy as other concealers I have tried it does take a little bit to warm it up but I just rub between my fingers for a bit and it’s good to go. The next thing is Coastal Scent CITISCAPE TRAVEL BRUSH SET I haven’t used them yet but they are really soft and I do have other Coastal Scents brushes that I love so I’m sure these are just as amazing as them. They are great for travel they come in their own little pouch and have a little pocket to store a few things in also they wouldn’t take up to much space when traveling pic of that to follow also. On to tax time stuff I bought for myself I finally ordered the Crown Brush Set I wanted off of crownbrush.com i wanted  the set for a while and it finally got it there was not many reviews on this set but I took the chance and got them anyway it is the Crown Brush 10pc SYNTHO SET, they are super soft I have not used them yet either I, trying to use my other brushes before I use them so that will be my next review but I do have pics to go with. The other thing I bought myself I was a bit disappointed after several uses of it so I would not recommend this It is the BUNDLE MONSTER 4PC Pro Blender Puff Sponge these I thought might be a dupe for the Beauty Blender. I was sadly mistaken I thought I could get the set of 4 for $10 and they would at least be ok but after using one it did double in size once it was wet and it did help with my foundation so that was a plus but after maybe a few uses and a few cleanings it started getting cracks in it and pieces coming off and I had only used it 3 times. I haven’t had the Beauty Blender so I can’t compare but from the reviews I saw were not that good pics to follow. The last two makeup items I recently bought beside staple items I bought Maybelline The Rocket Mascara I love this I saw a review on it and was like I have to try it I usually end up switching mascaras after a while but this one I love and I’m on my 2nd tube so this one is here to stay. I got it in waterproof and in black and it stays put no problem with me at work all day and running around no smudge marks or anything. It gives me great volume and looks really black so I’m good to go for mascara. I also got the Milani eye shadow primer love it no creasing my eye shadow stays all day and all night I went to sleep with it on by accident and when I woke up it was still just as bright and no creasing when I put it on  so I am sticking with this eye shadow primer to. The last thing is I finally bought a laptop a Asus 15.6in with 8.1 windows so no longer using my phone to write blogs so there will be a lot more to come since I have proper means to write them. I am still learning the windows 8.1 so I can’t give a decent review yet so when I’m done learning I will give a review so far so good though if yall would like a more in depth review on the other products leave some comments and will be happy to write more pics will be below of the makeup products so until next time always remember let your beauty shine through
